HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Our practice is dedicated to providing quality services. These services may include:

• Comprehensive evaluations
• Medication management
• Brief individual, family and couple's therapy
• Forensic / disability evaluations
• Coordination with medical and mental health professionals

All referred patients are seen by appointment.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, it is necessary to ensure that our practice participates in the patient's insurance plan.
